The ductwork in your home is a pathway through which your heating and cooling system delivers air throughout your residence.
We can provide your family with duct cleaning services that improve the air you breathe and the efficiency of your HVAC system.
Many property owners don’t take air ducts and the components of the HVAC system into consideration when caring for their properties, typically because they are out of sight and out of mind.
In reality, cleaning your air duct system is a significant maintenance practice needed with any property. Dirt and debris that gather in your air ducts and on the surface of the HVAC system and the components. These contaminants are then distributed throughout your home whenever you run your heat or air conditioner. These contaminants can lead to discomfort and may pose health hazards for those with asthma or allergies.

Cleaning all supply vents (the vents that blow heat/cool air)
Cleaning all return vents (the vents that suck heat/cool air)
Air duct sanitation and deodorization
Thorough cleaning process (expect about 2.5 hours at minimum for homes around 2,000 sqft)
We turn your ductwork into a large central vacuum system by attaching our "negative air machine" a fancy word for a huge vacuum to the ductwork by your furnace.
We seal each and every vent in your home so all of the suction is directed to one vent at a time.
We agitate all of the dust and debris from each vent, one at a time, back to our vacuum using compressed air whips.
We clean all of the connecting ductwork as well as the furnace including the all important blower motor.
Once everything is cleaned, we professionally seal all access points and fog an EPA approved 99.99% effective disinfectant throughout the system to take care of any lingering smells.

Our cleaning methods include source removal, meaning debris and non-adhered contaminates in the air ducts and HVAC system will be captured in a HEPA filtered vacuum or collection unit.
Air Duct Cleaning removes this debris while working to reduce asthma and allergy triggers. The 9 top triggers that contribute to asthma attacks and allergy symptoms are:
Dust Mites
Microbial Growth
Cockroaches and Pests
Pet Dander and Hair
Outdoor Air Pollution
Second-Hand Smoke
Wood Smoke (solid burning fuels)
Nitrogen Dioxide (from gas burning appliances and utilities)
Chemical Irritants
Air Duct Cleaning when done properly is an involved process. The cleaning process should include the air handler, blower motor, indoor coil as well as the air ducts. If all components are not cleaned, the ductwork will become re-contaminated immediately upon powering the HVAC system on.
With that, an Air Duct Cleaning on a typical home (2000 sq. ft. with 12-15 registers and one air handler) takes a minimum of 2-4 hours to complete.
The air duct cleaning process begins with setting up the job, bringing in the HEPA-filtered equipment and protecting the floors and furniture with drop cloths. The HVAC system will be accessed through registers and access holes, starting from the furthest point on the supply side, agitating the debris toward the main trunk line. Then the same goes on the return side, usually the dirtiest side of the system. Lastly, the air handler, blower and indoor coil are cleaned and new filters are installed before the HVAC system is powered back on. Our technicians complete a post-cleaning checklist before cleaning up the jobsite and loading equipment back onto the truck.
We recommend regular Air Duct Cleaning for a residential home every 2-5 years, with air handler cleaning every year. These recommendations depend on the size of the HVAC system, age of the home and system, the amount of people and pets living in the space and whether occupants suffer from asthma or allergies. For older homes, homes with pets, or occupants with asthma or allergies, you should consider more frequent cleaning intervals.
Benefits of having your air ducts cleaned include:
Improve the health of your home and family: According to the EPA, the air inside the average home is approximately five times more polluted than the air outside. Pollutants can cause poor indoor air quality thus causing dizziness and headaches which also can aggravate allergies and asthmatic conditions.
Energy Savings: When dirt and debris are removed from ductwork and HVAC system, motors, fans and coils work more efficiently, lowering your energy costs.
